Virtual Genie matches business owners with a vetted assistant who handles the inbox, the invoices and the follow-ups — in your working hours, wherever you are. The time you get back goes into the work that actually pays. From $9 an hour, no lock-in.

Start with what doesn't need you.
Tick anything that's been sitting on your list too long. We'll bring the list to the call, so the first thirty minutes are about your work rather than ours.

Getting seen
Four steps, then it runs without you.
-
STEP 01
We map your week
A free 30-minute call. We list every recurring task you touch and mark the ones that genuinely need your judgement. Most people are surprised how short that second list is.
-
STEP 02
We match your assistant
You meet one assistant we've already interviewed and skills-tested for your kind of business — not a shortlist to review after the kids are in bed.

STEP 03
We write down how you do it
You show each task once. Your assistant turns it into a written procedure you approve and keep. This is the step that decides whether delegating actually sticks.
-
STEP 04
You stop doing it
The work happens between 9 and 5 in your time zone, wherever in the world that is. You get a weekly summary of what moved, and your evenings stop being a second shift.
The more hours you commit, the lower the rate.
Three plans, all month to month, wherever you're based. The rate shown is per hour of assistant time — it isn't a product price.

Monthly figures are the hourly rate × the plan's minimum weekly hours, over an average month of 4.33 weeks, rounded to the nearest $10.
Not sure which one? The diagnostic session ends with a recommendation, and you're free to ignore it.
Promises, not testimonials.
We're early enough that we'd rather show you what we guarantee than borrow someone else's numbers. Client quotes go here when we've earned them. Until then, here's who you're dealing with.

A free rematch, no argument
If your assistant isn't right, we match you with someone else at no charge. You should never pay to stay in a bad fit.
No lock-in contract
Month to month. Scale up, scale down or pause on reasonable notice, because business isn't flat and neither is family life.
Your hours, not overnight
Work happens during your business day, in your time zone. You won't wake up to questions you needed answered yesterday.
Your procedures, written down
Documentation is part of onboarding, not an upsell. If your assistant is ever away, the playbook doesn't leave with them.
A person, not a queue
You get a named account manager who checks in. Not a ticket system, not a chatbot, not a different face each month.
Vetted before they reach you
Every assistant is interviewed and skills-tested before we put them in front of you. Your week is too tight for a screening round.
Before you book.
I'm a one-person business. Is this overkill?
No — Kickstarter exists for exactly this. Five hours a week, month to month. It's built for the person who can't justify a hire but can't keep doing the invoicing at 9pm either. Most solo clients start there and never need more.
What does "$9 an hour" actually mean?
It's the effective rate for assistant hours on the Maximise plan — $1,170 to $1,560 a month for 30 to 40 hours a week. The more hours you commit to weekly, the lower the hourly rate. It's a rate for someone's time, not the price of a product.
Where are your assistants based?
Across several countries, which is what lets us cover your working hours rather than ours. We match on time zone as well as on skills, so your assistant is online when you are. We'll tell you where your assistant is based, and what that costs, before you commit to anything.
How long until someone actually starts?
Matching begins right after your diagnostic session. We shortlist from assistants already working in your industry and put one candidate in front of you. If it's urgent, say so on the call and we'll prioritise it.
What if I hate delegating?
Most people who call us do. It usually isn't about control — it's that explaining the task takes longer than doing it. That's why step three exists: we document each job once, properly, so you never explain it twice.
Can I pause when things go quiet?
Yes. Plans run month to month with no lock-in, so you can scale down or pause on reasonable notice. Up to 20% of unused monthly hours roll into the following month, so a quiet week or a school holiday isn't wasted.
Tell us where
your week goes.
Thirty minutes on a call. We map your week, name the three tasks worth handing over first, and you keep that map whether or not you hire us.
